About the Role
Shoaib Brothers Manpower (SBM) is hiring Loss Prevention Officers (LPO) for Panda across all regions in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Join our mission to protect assets, ensure operational excellence, and deliver value every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving Goods from Vendors: Supervise and verify the accuracy of all items received from vendors, check quantities, and ensure proper documentation.
- Surveillance: Actively monitor retail store and warehouse premises to deter and prevent theft, damage, or any form of loss of company goods.
- Vendor Receiving Verification: Ensure all vendor deliveries are checked, counted, and matched with purchase orders and invoices.
- Discrepancy Management: Promptly identify, document, and report any discrepancies in deliveries, damages to goods, or suspicious activities observed.
- Area Patrols: Conduct regular and systematic patrols across sales floors, stockrooms, and warehouse areas..
- Stock Handling Oversight: Ensure correct procedures are followed for the handling, storage, and movement of all company inventory.
- Loss Investigation Support: Provide assistance in investigations concerning both internal and external loss incidents.

Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely daily reports detailing all incidents, and uphold all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of High School diploma.
- Operational Knowledge: Understanding of vendor receiving procedures and documentation verification. Familiarity with warehouse operations and retail store processes is crucial.
- Personal Attributes: High degree of honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and maintain a high level of alertness.
- Communication: Basic proficiency in either English or Arabic for effective communication.

Experience: Prior experience in loss prevention, warehouse operations, or retail store management will be considered an advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: SAR 1,300.
- Meal Allowance: SAR 200.
- Duty Hours: 8+1 (incl. 1 Hour Break).
- Weekly Rest: As per Company Policy.
